- Extensions, conversions and renewals before they expire
- Overstays, fines and immigration office inquiries
Land certificates and property
Foreigners cannot hold freehold land (SHM) directly, so the structure matters.
- Checking a land certificate before you pay anything
- Hak Pakai, HGB, leases and company structures explained
- Review of sale, lease and notarial documents
Criminal and civil representation
If something goes wrong, the first hours and days count.

FAQ
Quick answers
Can a foreigner own land in Indonesia?
Not as freehold (Hak Milik/SHM), which is reserved for Indonesian citizens. Foreigners can hold other rights such as Hak Pakai or use a lawful structure such as a PT PMA or a lease. The right option depends on your situation.
I overstayed my visa. What should I do?
Do not ignore it. Act before the situation worsens and get advice on the correct procedure with the immigration office.
I was contacted by the police. Do I need a lawyer?
You have the right to legal assistance. Contact us as early as possible, ideally before giving a statement.
Do you give fixed prices online?
No. We first review your case, then discuss our services with you directly.
